Deby Evans, MBA, BSN, RN
Deby’s background is as a nurse trained in the United Kingdom through one of the large health systems in Birmingham. After graduation, she worked for a few years on a 40 bedded medical unit specializing in diabetes and endocrinology disorders. From there, Deby moved to a smaller hospital to study midwifery. After graduating as a midwife, Deby moved to the South coast of England and worked for about two years rotating through ante-, intra and post-partum care units.
After moving to the United States, Deby did a return to nursing program and worked on an oncology/orthopedic medicine unit, and then became a clinical nurse supervisor on an internal medicine/telemetry unit. In 2013, Deby earned her BSN through Colorado Technical University, followed by an MBA also through Colorado Technical University. Through Deby’s nursing years she has been a member of The Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses, The American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Organization of Nurse Executives and has been certified as a medical surgical RN and a Nurse manager and leader.
Outside of work Deby is an avid runner, swimmer and biker, loves to do triathlons and read books.
